accountable for what? did he commit a crime? no.. did he hurt anybody? no... there is no criminal charge there is no victim. only the state taking down a political rival. THAT'S IT!

@Flup1964 "he did fraud, and many contractors were victims of his previous fraud and bankruptcies" what victims, and if he committed fraud, and caused damages, isn't that a criminal offense? why no criminal fraud charges? who is the victim, or plaintiff seeking to recover damages in this case? there is no crime in this case! there is no victim in this case! only the state taking down a political rival. He made statements of high value to banks, etc... and low statements of value (hundred to thousands of times) for taxes." do you honestly believe the citizen tells the county assessor what taxes will be paid?? good grief.. do you vote for democrats by chance?
