Please try to keep track of your deflections." it's not a deflection, it's a comparison of criminals. according to the fbi, both have committed crimes. in one case the fbi said no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute, and in the other, the fbi is vigorously prosecuting. why do you think there is such a difference in the willingness to prosecute between these two similar situations?
