@MLA56 this was a huge problem in 20 20. men in robes changed laws that they had no authority to change.

@MLA56 "But interpretations of the Constitution can vary..." interpretation of the constitution is one thing.. that is not what this case was about. judges must follow laws as they are written by our elected lawmakers. if you think the law is unconstitutional, you can challenge that, and that is open to interpretation. that is NOT what happened here... in too many cases, he judges are interpreting laws as being unconstitutional themselves... and NOT enforcing laws as our elected law makers have passed them. rogue....
