I'm not even sure how to take that comment... does newsom think that money is his? why would a budget surplus make him ready to take on political opponents? why are people moving out of cali, and into florida? if there is such a huge surplus, why are they over taxing their citizens? why does california continue to be the highest taxed state in the country??? $96 bil surplus doesn't make any sense....
