trump isn't the first president to argue over what he could or couldn't keep. obama argued about it too... after requesting obama return documents, he refused and the records folks and doj just shrugged their shoulders and said well, I guess he really wants them, and walked away!

@gr33kb0i intent is the crime? then trump should be just fine... a little more to look at with biden, but still unbelievably hard to prosecute intent. they will have to look at the penn biden center, and the "jobs" that hunter biden had. ther may actually be evidence of wrongdoing there. but I disagree that intent is the crime... negligent handling of the docs is against the law. they already claimed the documents were "inadvertently misplaced". that's negligent handling... they already admitted that! and why is biden on the honor system with all of this? why no search warrants? brandon says he turned everything over, and the doj says ok, case closed? good grief
