OFTEN the national archives folks will request records be returned... like they did with obama. there were no warrants, searches or raids.... in fact, obama refused to return documents, so everyone shrugged their shoulders and said "I guess he really wants those"... and walked away! taking documents from the white house is not an excuse to search a former presidents home.... if it were, all former presidents homes would have been searched.
