every person who handles the weapon has a duty to ensure it is handled safely. how the hell do you think they are charging him? I hope you don't own any firearms... obviously if someone hands you a firearm and says that it is not loaded, you would simply believe and handle the gun as if it was not loaded??? people like you (and baldwin) get people hurt and killed...
