"Running for president is not a constitutional right, defendants have the right to speedy trial which is constitutional." do you understand the speedy trial thing was meant to be an option the defendant could request.. IF WANTED!!??? and that many many many many americans have requested, and have been granted more time to prepare a defense?? it's almost like they are trying to railroad the guy... (almost, wink wink)

@gregbors8364 "The seven months they’re getting is more than adequate time to prepare." according to who??? 12,000,000 documents, in 7 months? 7 x 30= 210 days 12,000,000 documents /210days= 4,762 documents per day (7 days a week) that the defendant would have to read, investigate and prepare a defense for?? that's adequate??? good grief.... pull your shorts up son, you bias is showing...

@DavidDennison-p9y "Not much of a fight really, Trump gets his speedy like any INNOCENT person would want" yea... cuz no american in the history of our country has requested more time to prepare a defense.... <shakes head>

@richarddefortune1329 "A true criminal, 91 counts." yes.. 91 counts.. lisa page - doj: "trump isn't going to become president, right? right??" peter strzok - fbi: "no! no he won't, we'll stop it! that was 2016..... 7 YEARS LATER the doj/fbi are indicting him on everything they possibly can, and still can't convict him of ANYTHING??? phony Russian collusion hoaxes…. multiple special councels… phony impeachments…. multiple indictments… over 90 counts!! Over 600 years of potential sentencing!!! 250 years without a former president being indicted, now the same president has been indicted 4 times in 200 days??? yet in 7 years they can’t convict him of ANYTHING!?? at this point, how many functioning brain cells does it take to see that the man is being politically persecuted?? 6...??? 8 maybe???

@richarddefortune1329 "how much money total was his annual salary? Like $400k/year? He got $200 millions just lying to you that he would challenge the elections results. Just last week, he collected $7.1m by fundraising and selling his mugshot." so now, as a political candidate, you don't want him to be allowed to fundraise either?? keep him off the campaign trail, and keep him broke. this is all starting to sound like a political ploy to prevent him from becoming president. is that the new marxist job of our justice system?? the fundamental transformation huh..?
1
@YZ250W1 "Interesting that his taxes show no donations. What's up with that?" that's because political campaign contributions are not personal income, ya goof... good grief. do you vote for democrats by chance?
1
@bonsa1guy "Are you that naive that you think Trump didn't receive far more than his annual salary in other benefits related to being President?" how much did he receive, and from where? please cite your source of information.
1
@mikawhofan "what's 240k when he was grifting us of millions." did they find some 5,400 emails where he was conducting government business with his son using aliases or something?
1
@jedknight4389 "It's actually pretty difficult to NOT excuse him, when you guys can't even say one concrete thing he's done that's meant to be oh, so inexcusable...." bribery. tax evasion. extortion. money laundering. cocaine possession. lying on a federal firearms background check. FARA violations. conspiracy. racketeering. classified documents.
1
@davids.2703 "Biden indictments: 0 Trump indictments: 91" yep, it's almost like the doj/fbi is politically biased and corrupt... biden: bribery. tax evasion. extortion. money laundering. cocaine possession. lying on a federal firearms background check. FARA violations. conspiracy. racketeering. classified documents. 0 indictments. trump: lisa page - doj: "trump isn't going to become president, right? right??" peter strzok - fbi: "no! no he won't, we'll stop it! that was 2016..... 7 YEARS LATER the doj/fbi are indicting him on everything they possibly can, and still can't convict him of ANYTHING??? phony Russian collusion hoaxes…. multiple special councels… phony impeachments…. multiple indictments… over 90 counts!! @SteveinSanFrancisco "I'm still waiting for you to arrest Hillary" the politically biased and corrupt doj/fbi will never do such a thing..
1
higgsboson1028 "Trump needs to back off his campaigning, it's getting in the way of his court/lowlife balance." isn't that exactly the point of coordinating all of these indictments during a campaign??
1
@maybetomorrow3537 "The people did speak, that’s why he lost. It’s also why he lost the popular vote in 2016." yes, biden is the most popular president in our nation's history, by vote count, yet cannot go out in public because the citizens will boo him out of town, even in blue states! and now, 77% of americans do not want him to run for a second term. hell, 69% of his own party doesn't want the most popular president in our nation's history to run again!! makes sense to me!!! 😁

@stevesmith2491 ""The speedy trial thing" is not meant to be an option, it is a constitutional right. The defendant or prosecutor can ask for a delay in trial which the judge can uses discretion." yes, an option for the defense, correct? good grief... owning a rifle is an option for the citizen. a constitutional right, but an OPTION of the CITIZEN. and yes, the defense can request more time, which they did, and in this case, the judge told the defense to get bent... its almost like he is being railroaded... (almost...)
1
@gregbors8364 "Alina Habba said that Trump’s legal team is “ready to go.” So what are you so worried about?" well in that case, it would be reasonable for the judge to move the trial date to next monday, no?? <shakes head>
