@RagaSHOT "In Trump's case, prosecutors said that other crime was a violation of a New York election law that makes it illegal for "any two or more persons" to "conspire to promote or prevent the election of any person to a public office by unlawful means,"" actually, the jury was instructed they could choose from 3 different POSSIBLE "other crimes.. and that they did NOT have to be unanimous in what this POSSIBLE other crime could have been. so you actually have no clue as to what this "other crime" was... you say that it is unlawful to "conspire to promote or prevent the election of any person to a public office by unlawful means," who conspired to promote or prevent the election of anyone.. and in what "unlawful means" was this done? (when trying to explain, please keep in mind that non-disclosure agreements are perfectly legal, and conspire means others participated) thanks for trying....
