12,000?? per child? umm....... thats great for someone with 4 kids that makes 50K a yr, but are you considering his neighbor that makes 50k a yr, and has no kids??? the neighbor has to pay for the schools and roads his neighbors kids will be using? you think this is "fair"?? I'm all for promoting the family unit, but to a limit........ I DON'T believe in wealth redistribution! which is what you're suggesting. take money from those without children, and give it to people with children. pay for your own damned children!
