African American homeownership increased from 41.7 percent to 46.4 percent. The DOW closed above 20,000 for the first time in 2017 and topped 30,000 in 2020. During the third quarter of 2020, the economy grew at a rate of 33.1 percent – the most rapid GDP growth ever recorded. Signed the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act – the largest tax reform package in history. Doubled the standard deduction – making the first $24,000 earned by a married couple completely tax-free. Doubled the child tax credit. Cut the business tax rate from 35 percent – the highest in the developed world – all the way down to 21 percent. Over $1.5 trillion was repatriated into the United States from overseas. these are only things related to the economy... would you like to see another area??

  6.  John Verhoeven  bring back trump would be a good first step... but it will take even the best strategies years to undo the damage that has been done this past 2 years. yes, one being under trumps watch, but no reasonable person can blame him for the world wide pandemic that shut down every economy on earth... things that CAN be done to help...?? STOP SPENDING! what do you thin is causing this much inflation!? drill baby, drill!!!! produce our own oil, sell it to others... not only generating revenue for our country, but driving down the price of oil, which helps the cost of everything that is transported (that's everything). are you even aware how low trump had the price of a barrel of oil?? $0.00 / barrel is pretty darn low... stop providing incentives to NOT WORK! stop with the stupid mandates.. from masks to vaccines, which is hurting the employment rate... CLOSE THE DAMNED BORDER!!! do you not understand what flooding the market with cheap labor does to wages?? do you not understand what creating a low income housing shortage does to rents? these policies are crippling the poorest in our communities.... good job brandon! I will admit, I'm no economic rocket scientist, but good grief john... this stuff is common sense.
