@StromBugSlayer no charles, he didn't.... he may have given an opinion, but judges don't "rule" that someone maybe might have possibly done something wrong.... what the hell does that even mean? "I rule that you may have, once upon a time, done something wrong! maybe..." is this a liberal judge by chance???
