For example, a car is considered a "deadly weapon" when used against another person intentionally." great. but you need to better educate yourself. do you know why we cannot have a "poll tax"? or a "fee" to vote? this has been settled through the courts already. if you charge money to exercise a constitutional right, poor people will not have the ability to exercise their constitutional right. if you have "mandatory" insurance, poor people will not be able to afford to exercise their second amendment right. that would be unconstitutional. see the 24th amendment. what else would you like to try??
