1:58 Barf says: "attorney client privileged documents... it wasn't necessarily bad to have picked them up, because you don't go into someone's house and look document by document...." our constitutions 4th amendment: "....no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." what part of "particularly describing the things to be seized" doesn't mr Barf understand??

@richarddefortune1329 "That's why you sort things after you seize them." that's not what the 4th amendment says skippy...

@marvinguigar3623 "question how do you know most Americans are against Trump getting a special Master did you take a survey I was just wondering 🤔" msdnc told him....

@richarddefortune1329 "when they searched Michael Cohen office. His lawyers requested a special master who sorted client-attorney privilege documents from the rest. It took that lady and her team like a month. Do you want the FBI or any police department searching your home for a month?" no, what I want is for americans to once again respect and uphold our constitution. I want only items taken that are listed in the warrant. do you need me to paste the 4th amendment for you again? if "particular things" are not listed that are the target of the seizure, they should not be taken. if anything else is taken that is not "particularly" listed, the search is unconstitutional. of course baring stumbling upon obvious evidence of a crime. passports? nope.... health records? nope.... tax information? nope... attorney/client privileged information? hell no... all taken unconstitutionally. you don't seem to understand the purpose of the 4th amendment.... the purpose of the 4th amendment is to prevent the government from gathering up half of your belongings, and searching through it all... hoping to maybe find a particular item they were looking for. the government has no legal or constitutional right to take anything from your home that isn't identified in a warrant. the warrant and search of mar a lago were both unconstitutional. NOTHING they retrieved will ever be used in an actual court of law. but of course, that wasn't the intention, was it... the intent was to distract before the midterms, and to further smear donald trump... oh, and of course, the actual target of the search.... the declassified information trump had about the russia hoax... do you think the swamp is going to hand that back to trump?? not gonna happen..... that's all gone now. the most pathetic part is that folks such as yourself think the people doing this are "on your side"......

@humanbeing8400 "So, you think Hillary should be in prison, correct?" I think she should have been prosecuted for the more obvious felony crimes that she committed, yes.... having classified information on an privately owned unsecured server. that's a felony crime... congress subpoenaed the information on that server. she deleted what she wanted deleted, then turned it over. that's a felony crime. yes, I think our laws should be applied without bias. why else wouldn't she be prosecuted? our justice system is obviously politically corrupt.

@humanbeing8400 "She set precedent. That's just reality." precedent of what? keeping classified information on unsecured personal servers? umm... ok.

@Mawyou "Something you'll be delighted to know. About 55 percent of of Americans want to see Trump prosecuted. About 40 percent do not." first off, who the hell knows where you are getting these numbers from... msnbc? so I don't put much stock into that. however, if you believe that so many people want him prosecuted, can you tell me what for? (this time?) I mean, lets look at the "investigations"... shall we? russian collusion delusion. 3 people convicted of fabricating evidence to get fisa warrants. fbi investigation. house investigation. senate investigation. special counsel investigation. impeachment 1.0. impeachment 2.0. michael cohen, personal lawyers home raided. rudy guiliani, personal lawyers home raided. ny ag investigation. ga ag investigation. jan 6 house investigation. former president, and likely political opponent of the sitting presidents home raided... and what do ALL of these have in common?? NO CRIME!!!!! so when you say all these people want him prosecuted you have to be more specific. what is it that you would like to see him prosecuted for this week?
