Im no rocket scientist, or president of the united states of america, but let me give it a shot.... evacuate those who want to leave... first. put our BILLIONS of dollars worth of equipment on planes, and get it home. evacuate military personnel. close the airbase...... how about that? wouldn't that have at least worked "better"??
