Yes or no." absolutely mark! and if this were a case where there was a single serious, obvious crime, with obvious evidence, i would have no problem with a prosecution. however, when I look at what has happened to this man for 8 long years now, and the mountain of unprecedented actions taken against him, I would have to be completely blind, stupid or biased not to see that something of off here.....
