  15.  @betternotcensor2677  "False equivalency. No classified emails were stolen by Hillary. She was investigated over this too. Nice try." she illegally held them on a private unsecured server.. here, this is what comey said in his statement on July 6, 2016. (you can look this up yourself) Our investigation looked at whether there is evidence classified information was improperly stored or transmitted on that personal system, in violation of a federal statute making it a felony to mishandle classified information either intentionally or in a grossly negligent way, or a second statute making it a misdemeanor to knowingly remove classified information from appropriate systems or storage facilities. FBI investigators have also read all of the approximately 30,000 e-mails provided by Secretary Clinton to the State Department in December 2014. From the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the State Department, 110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received. Eight of those chains contained information that was Top Secret at the time they were sent; 36 chains contained Secret information at the time; and eight contained Confidential information, which is the lowest level of classification. Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information. Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.

  22.  @gr33kb0i  "he had the clearance to view it, not to keep it. Yes they were working to try and get it back but he just… didn’t give it back. In the mean time they told him he needed to secure the things he hadn’t given back but he didn’t properly secure the files leading to the raid." yes, they were working to try to get it back. yea, msnbc told me that trump has a letter from the fbi thanking him for his cooperation. oh wait, that was tucker... because msnbc isn't going to inform you people of these things... so what changed? why not schedule a meeting to come back, and get more of the documents in dispute? furthermore, yes, they asked him to put an additional lock on the door to the room where these files were being stored, and he complied!!! so the need for the raid was... what again??? the files were secure, correct? he has clearance to view them. what's the big crime again? and yea, if you actually read parts of the affidavit, it is very general and broad. if they knew of "particular" documents they wanted back, why didn't they simply ask for those "particular" documents? did the affidavit cite "particular" documents to be seized? NO!!!! let's look at the last part of the 4th amendment again, shall we? "...no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and PARTICULARLY DESCRINING the place to be searched, and the persons or THINGS TO BE SEIZED." Ill ask again, did the affidavit cite "particular" documents to be seized? NO!!!! it was an unconstitutional fishing expedition... oh, so suddenly this man is being politically persecuted? pretty bold assertion, isn't it... maybe we should take this in some context, shouldn't we? Previously, russian collusion delusion. People convicted of fabricating evidence to get fisa warrants. fbi investigation. house investigation. senate investigation. special counsel investigation. impeachment 1.0. impeachment 2.0. michael cohen, personal lawyers home raided. rudy guiliani, pewrsonal lawyers home raided. nt ag investigation. ga ag investigation. jan 6 house investigation. and do you know what ALL of these investigations have on common?? NO CRIMES! at this point, how many functioning bran cells does it take to see that this man is being politically persecuted...?? 6?? 9 at most...???
