@michaeljohnson4777 a couple of points there mike... viruses very very very very very rarely ever get stronger when they naturally mutate. if it were a common occurrence, we wouldn't be here. think about it. secondly, have you ever heard the serenity prayer? not very religious myself, but it is sound advice.... grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things that I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. you're a human being. you can't make this virus go away, or change the planets climate. you need to learn to accept realities like that.

@Damn-I.hate_bein.sober_0.0 wait wait... you want to get rid of the electoral college and adopt "proportional representation" in order to get rid of dictatorship? if you get rid of the electoral college you end up WITH a dictatorship! the entire country would be run by new your city, los angeles, chicago and houston. all left wing cities, and according to wikipedia, the four largest, and only cities with over 2mill residents each. how on earth would the folks in wyoming be represented? how about north dakota? you obviously don't seem to understand what the intent and purpose of the electoral college is, which was put in place by people that were obviously much much smarter than yourself. please, learn about the electoral college and educate yourself!

@Damn-I.hate_bein.sober_0.0 jack, you don't even seem to understand that we don't live in a democracy! the electoral college system gives smaller, less populated states, some representation in national elections, where if we go to popular vote, they have no representation what so ever. the majority doesn't "rule" anybody in a constitutional republic! you seem to be confused as to how our government functions. you used the word "rule" repeatedly in your last reply. nobody is ruled in our system. wise up.
