  13.  @turbonerd3075  "judge suspended sentencing and the case has gone to appeals" who told you this? so far as I understand, he cannot file for appeal until has been convicted. and so far as I know, he is not technically convicted until all phases of the trial are over, including the sentencing phase. he cannot appeal until he is sentenced. no? the case is absolutely not currently in the hands of an appeals court............... again, who tells you this stuff? we seem to be in agreement with most of what you are saying, but I do not believe this part is true. no appeals case exists.
