I think you're referring to other civilians who refused to show up, like peter navarrow and steve bannon. both are awaiting or appealing sentencing for not showing up to a congressional subpoena.

it is fair and balanced. jym, like eric holder, were state officials when subpoenaed. neither were prosecuted for not showing up. fair... balanced.... civilians on the other hand, are prosecuted for not showing up, like peter navarrow, steve bannon and hunte.... well not hunter... not fair... not balance.... the answer to your question is NO! our government is NOT being fair and balanced.
