@M.J.212 you just told me that politics and elections were a part of the planned timing of prosecution and trial, correct?

@quietonsetinflunecersedition "Nope. If the charges fits with the crimes committed. Some can get tossed out in court, he'll be convicted with at least 1 count if not more." isn't that the point?? charge him with everything "they" can possibly think of, hoping to convict him of something... anything!?? at that point, "they" aren't prosecuting laws... they are prosecuting a man....
2
@justinroy3622 hey google, can I ask this questions then? in your personal opinion, doesn't 91 counts seem excessive?
2
@M.J.212 leave clinton alone already....

@M.J.212 one who cannot make an argument, so she spews intellectual materials copied and pasted from the internet to try to look smart... you have no argument. you cannot answer my questions. fact! reality!

@RedXlV "It's highly beneficial to Trump that they waited so long to charge him. If the trials had begun last year, Trump would already be in prison now." lol ummm........... yea, he's lucky "they" waited until he is campaigning for the presidency... <shakes head>

@M.J.212 "Because of a DOJ policy not law of not indicting a standing president, it takes time to build cases especially such high profile cases and justice is slow coupled with the convient ability to cry that he's running for office while no longer being a sitting president." umm... he's been out of office for years. so "they" wait years, then bring him to trial in the middle of an election year, when he is the leading presidential candidate for one of two major parties in the country...
1
@M.J.212 then.... "they" try to skip judicial process in order to rush the prosecution??
1
@M.J.212 so "they" waited years... and are now in a big hurry?? are you SURE this has nothing to do with politics and elections? and what do you mean when you say "coupled with the convenient ability to cry that he's running for office"??? are you admitting that this affected "their" planned timing of prosecution and trial?
1

@M.J.212 try answering a question for a change. you just told me that politics and elections were a part of the planned timing of prosecution and trial, correct? yes or no?
1
@quietonsetinflunecersedition "I was critical of the DOJ on waiting too long to do something, but it took the J6 committee to lay out the evidence for them..." so the doj relied on a very biased political committee to gather evidence for them?? ok.... what evidence of "insurrection" did this committee uncover? why no criminal charges of "insurrection" from the doj?
1
@Justthe_facts "Does it hurt when you think and breathe at the same time, traitor?" what's with the personal insults and name calling? democrat voter by chance? google loves you....

1
@justinroy3622 91 0f them, and counting..
1
@quietonsetinflunecersedition "Trial dates already set for the three criminal indictments both federal and state. Let's see what 2024 brings." why do you think "they" waited until 2024 to bring him to trial for crimes committed years ago?
1
@VladimirPutin-p3t "The truth is in the indictments." yea! no need for trials! <shakes head>
1
"Isn’t that the purpose of the courts.. to mesh out who’s right and wrong according to the law? Thank you big brother for protecting my sensibilities" correct... but, according to our constitution, it is up to a jury of your peers to decide on guilt, correct?
1
@jensonee "if the defense lawyer selects the box requesting a jury. habba sometimes forgets to do that." lol, yea... and some people actually believe that....
