@zdwade "no it didn’t say it could be a federal law. If congress passes a law than that would be decided. Most likely states will challenge it on 10 amendment grounds since abortion isn’t enumerated in the constitution. It should be up to the states." not exactly true either. why cant it be federal law? can a state challenge the federal law against murder based on the 10th?
