  1. Spoke to my daughter today. Her second boy is almost three months old. I asked if she had heard about the formula shortage. She said she was so happy she was breastfeeding, and didn't have to face it. But, she had a friend who has a nine month old, and decided to wean him last month, and now is scrambling, and wishing she'd kept breastfeeding until her baby was a year old. When my girls were babies, I pumped my extra and donated it to the local hospital, for the premies. My daughter says she might sell her extra, or give it to her friend. Moms, who can't find formula, might be able to locate a generous mother, who didn't wean too soon, to buy breastmilk from.
