If there is a case, supported by adequate evidence to convict, they should charge anyone, regardless of politics. But, unless there is an indictment, DOJ shouldn't discuss the case. If Comey had followed that simple rule, Trump probably would have never been president. Since there was not evidence of a crime, no member of DOJ, and that includes the FBI, should have ever have discussed the investigation of her emails. The only response given to questions should have been, "No comment."
