If Russia does use a nuclear bomb, in Ukraine, the winds will carry radioactivity into Russia. And, Putin's comparison to the US using nuclear bombs in Japan, is inapt. First, Japan attacked the US, at Pearl Harbor, and their allies, the Nazi and Italians, had already surrendered. Second, the US was the only power, with the atom bomb, at that time. That is not true of Russia today. Does Russia really think, if it employs a nuclear weapon, it will not immediately be nuked in response?
