  11. Was Japan received cordially? Were their requests considered? No, Iran was extremely hostile to the Japanese envoy and refused to listen to them. The fact that Japan was a part owner of one of the attacked ships just brought the Iranian hostility home.

That would be Iran. Which country was found removing evidence? Iran again. Projecting this act on any other country is both ignorant and politically motivated. Claiming, that because Japan was a part owner of one of ships destroyed and Japan was trying to talk to Iran, means it couldn't be Iran ignores the fact that Iran was totally hostile to everything the Japanese envoy said. Iran has been threatening for weeks to do this very thing. We should have believed them and acted to prevent this.
