  1. Most countries don't have a terrorist group, as part of their government, as Lebanon does. France has offered to help, but only if Hezbollah is no longer in charge.

  2.  Tracchofyre  What outside power drew the borders of the UK? None that I know of. The point he was making was external forces, from a different continent drew the borders, designed the flags, and brought in outsider monarchs, without regard for the different tribes they were throwing together.
