Since DOJ needs the classified documents, that expose US assets, it is not moot. Trump's team of lawyers is trying to claim the seized documents are just press clippings, which is certainly a lie when it comes to classified documents. Yes, Trump needs to return all the documents he stole, from the government, but the classified ones are most vital.
