  1. They did, but now they are considering opening their borders to travelers, they don't want people from countries with high infection rates, like the US. Greece, Malta, Israel and Cypress have opened up to foreign travel again, but just among those four countries. They are considering also opening to the Schegen zone as well, but not considering the US, Sweden or Brazil.
