No, those who are for the average citizen are advocating a public option, not the chaos of forcing all into Medicare and outlawing insurance. All those union members are going to lose the terrific insurance that they have. And people will die in the resulting chaos. If yo care about the people, you allow them to opt in, and gradually switch to a government system of healthcare. Nobody who cares about the people would push Sanders draconian policies.

He didn't tie Pete in Iowa, despite cheating by organizing satellite caucuses in nursing homes and claiming all the votes went to Sander. Pete has more delegates.
3
@bryantleinberger6190 Capitalists don't push for the government to seize the means of production and transportation, as Sanders has. Sanders is a Marxist who idolizes Stalin and Fidel Castro. I don't want that kind of "socialism" thrust upon this country.
3
It doesn't matter, both have 0 delegates.
2
Stay ignorant. No wonder Amy took the college educated vote in NH.
2
Pete's winning.
2
may wilson Most of those 31% Democrats and 42% Independents will not vote for a Marxist. If Sanders steals the nomination, all Trump has to do is play the tapes of him calling for "the state to seize the means of production" and Sanders is toast.
2
Lord Targaryen He's a Marxist. Most people call that communist. Oh, and the lowest I've ever scored on an IQ test is 172. Not that IQ tests mean much.
1
Nah, all you purists pushing another Russian supported demagogue will leave, and the party will settle down and push good policy again.
1
He has no delegates, he counts towards nothing.
1
Look up how party conventions work. You're wrong. Even if you throw in Yang and Gabbard delegates in the mix, there are many more moderate delegates than progressive.
1
Isn't Pete the front runner? He has more delegates. This wasn't about the front runner.
1
@manufacturedconsent9981 Your screen name shows why you support Sanders. That poll in Nevada was prior to the Hospitality Workers Union sent out a letter to its members, explaining how terrible Sanders M4A would be for them. His support has dropped. And so far, he isn't doing nearly as well as the polls projected in Iowa and NH, despite his cheating in Iowa.
1
@hemihead6645 As long as we don't replace him with another demagogue Putin supports.
1
@bambismom2339 Well Nixon was pushing a similar plan 50 years ago, and nobody called him progressive.
1
@jgroovy1973 All Trump has to do is play the clips of Sanders demanding the state seize the means of production and transportation, and Trump will win.
1
Terry Tater Do you have those figures? Because that sounds really bogus.
1
Or, since the unions are now warning their members exactly how bad his policies are, he'll do worse. The polls really haven't been that good, they've shown him performing much better than really happened.
1
@JagoFett And he won 0 delegates, so it doesn't matter.
1
Fine, love the other candidate who Putin supports. Ignore how he has always been full of promises, but actually does nothing for the people. Ignore how he has advocating taking the means of production, and the fact he is really a Marxist. But, there are a lot more people who actually love this country, and will never vote for him. You can't fool all the people.
1
Do you understand how political conventions work? If no candidate has the majority of delegates, delegates from candidates that can't win get to choose another candidate. All the moderates will consolidate for one candidate, and that won't be Sanders. As there are more moderate votes than "progressive", guess who can't win.
1
It's about informing the public, that is their job.
1
The dummy is the one who doesn't understand how party conventions choose the nominee. They will add up all the moderates, in a way. Delegates are free to switch to another candidate, and they switch to one that more closely matches the one they were sent to elect.
1
@NYJGreatness Or, the realization, that we won't have one Putin demagogue running against another, gave thinking people hope.
1
Pete is the front runner, Sanders is in second place.
