  1. If it wasn't overnight, then they had obtained them before Feinstein brought the letter to the FBI. Why would they prepare for an allegation of something that hadn't happened? The only way they would have needed to get those signatures, was if the attack actually occurred. In other words, only a guilty man prepares an alibi ahead of time.

  2. The vast majority of victims do not come forward today. And it was worse in the 80's. The fear of being victimized all over by the police and the courts, without any repercussions for the perp, keeps women from reporting the crime.
