@t.r.campbell6585 Other than the stupid idea to repay the debt of entitled fools, this administration's economic decisions have been optimum, considering the situation they inherited. It would be better, if the country hadn't been saddled with so much debt, thanks to the previous administration. Where the current administration is failing badly is foreign policy. They need more realistic people in the State Dept. who don't spend our tax dollars, to hurt our allies, and meddle in their internal affairs.

He knows what went wrong. The way so many red states immediately went draconian, after Roe was wrongly overturned. Of course insistence on easy access to all guns, demonstrated how hypocritical their claim to be pro-life is. When you've proven all you care about is taking away natural rights, sane people will vote against you. Remember how Republicans ran on lessening crime? Now they have a tiny minority in the House, all they have done is protect the orange criminal.

Deflection alert: When asked about whether he'd sign a bill, to implement red flag laws, he turned to school security. First, that does nothing to protect anybody not in school. Second, there were armed guards at that Louisville bank, and at that New Jersey supermarket. The armed guards did not prevent people being killed ! The answer is tough red flag laws, preventing straw purchases (which is how criminals get most of their guns), and requiring a background check to finish before any gun sale. Too many places just sell a weapon, if the background check has not finished before a set waiting period. Remember, most of the weapons, used in mass shootings were purchased legally.
