  2. Wish we had a law like this in Oregon. Our property taxes keep going up and up, much of the money is allocated for resources for the homeless. But, most of the homeless, pitching tents blocking the sidewalk, and taking over public parks and playgrounds, don't want to be housed, because sobriety is required. They make many public spaces too dangerous, for those who pay for them, to be able to use them. Little kids are attacked in parks, and people trying to park their car, or access their own property, are shot. It's not just about human feces and needles, making public places too disgusting, it is about public safety.
