  1. The radiators look old and dingy. That looks like an area that could be high crime. I don't think it is worth so much money. It is a small one-bedroom apartment with not-so-great views. That looks like it should be low-income housing. The furniture is what makes it look upscale, but that probably doesn't come with it. NYC is very unaffordable now. If it weren't, I would say that place is worth about $180,000.
