  1. Kick out Bailey Point. They are not good neighbors. They are clear cutting beautiful land that is marshland in a watershed. They are making a beautiful natural wilderness into a strip mall sand lot cookie cutter hot box. Her home isn't modest, it is a palace for her and a haven for a hundred or so descendants. First off, she should hire her own land surveyor and see what they come up with. She has entitlement to the land from habitation in some instances even if she was encroaching. Meanwhile they are destroying her view.
