  1. Montrose Chemical Corporation caused this environmental disaster. What is mind blowing is that they targeted our oceans and food supply off the coast of our major cities in California. Dumping DDT in the Pacific Ocean to cleanup contaminated land is the equivalent of sweeping it under the rug!
