You don't have to do DIY slave labor work. you don't have to do lawn. Why liberals really hate living south? state is boring, losers, nascar lovers, etc. oh shut up. it's hard to move out those unless you become self real estate. What does this mean? it means you have to do lots of DIY improvements in order to get houses sold. No improvements. no buyer. no money. you have no water leaks, any damages, nothing at all. if you don't fix anything. you keep your house rest of your life. Can you squat house in south? you could. Trust me.. no such thing free lawn when grasses keeps growing. once you move in you can't move out. you have to find a job and do DIY same as rest of southern people. lol
