you keep saying that in the middle ages it was normal for people to have sex in front of their children and friends but that's straight wrong and incomplete, makes me doubt your credibility as ''historian''. The fact is that there wasn't much privacy so it would probably happen in the same room as other people but they would hide behind a blanket or something, the way you speak is inaccurate.
