  1. I haven't seen any mention of healthcare in the US Constitution. It would have been possible for it to have been put in either at the start or by an Amendment. There is nothing more to be said.

  2. @HolyCity2012 Well, do you say that there is any mention of healthcare in the US Constitution? Do you have a problem with facts? The Dark Ages followed a bureaucratic Empire collapsing after years of severe taxation and regulation, sounds familiar? That is, sadly, the likely future of the United States unless action is taken soon to reduce spending.
