There were always a handful of these types growing up, and you usually wouldn’t see them past the 9th grade, then you’d hear about them committing some horrible crime or getting killed doing something stupid. Somehow this guy has escaped Darwinism so far.

Probation/parole is part of the incarceration process, you're still in the system and are supposed to abide by the conditions. *supposed to anyways, clearly the courts don't give AF though, as these kind of people get arrested continuously, and keep getting spun out of jail over and over and over again.

  39. Aggravated battery with a deadly weapon is a bit of a stretch here, I honestly don't believe this guy was trying to hit him. He's old, and perhaps someone should talk to him about not driving anymore, but I don't think he was trying to hit the guy, I think he was probably confused with everything going on around him.

It has to be infuriating as an officer to go through all the crap they go through to make an arrest, complete investigations, fill out mountains of paperwork, show up to court, only for the charges to be thrown out.
