  1. Getting all the services for modern day life, water, sewers, electric, gas and internet is EXPENSIVE if your more that a few yards away from a point they can tap into. I looked at a house called Midge Hall years back, it was just the walls The issue I had was time and getting an electric supply fitted as the drive was a good half mile or more. Its a café now 👍
