  1. Independents vote in the General Election only. The Primarys are for the Partys choice (D) or (R) to represent them. A (D) cannot vote in a (R) Primary and a (R) cannot vote in a (D) Primary. Independents don't vote in Primarys because they are unaffiliated and belong to nether Party. This is civics 101, champ. How do you not know how your own voting system works?
