Or medical supplys are gone within year, so a simple small cut on your hand turns septic, then gangrene sets in and kills you in a long and horrific manner. Buddy, there are whole graveyards filled with people that have died because of a simple cut on your hand. And dont get me going on pregnancy mortality or child mortality rates.
