  4.  @caseyjensen1733  Pools, Cars ect. aren't specificlly designed to kill things . Take the common car as a example . You need to pass a written test, pass a probationary peroid learning how to drive and operate the vehicle, take a drivers test with a qualified instructor to insure you aren't a danger to other drivers on the road , then you need to carry at all times, proof of insurance, registration and your drivers license, to be shown by any law enforcement officer when you are operating a vehicle. To own or purchase a weapon that is specifically designed to kill other living things, that has no other useful purpose other than killing something, nobody is required to take this type of testing, carry that type of insurance or even show knowledge, proficiency or anything else when purchasing a firearm. That is insane. Your lack of concern and minimizing those gun deaths , just shows any sane and rational person, just how perverted the gun culture and those that fetishize it is.

Want to own a gun ... fine... but at the bare minimum, have regulations and non compliance penalties in place, like required license, insurance, and proficiency training, safety training or certification and renewal every 5 years or so, when you own or purchase a gun.
