No institution of higher learning, will accept applications from Florida, due to the applicant, not meeting their curriculum standards. Just how many graduates from, say, Alabama or West Virginia, get into Yale, Harvard, Duke or Penn State. Not many I would bet.

  3. Those laws apply to all institutions of learning in the State of Florida. Elementary thru College. There are no exceptions for private schools in the laws.
