Well if the 'older generation' of BBC listeners are deserting this sinking ship who will be replacing them?I for one stopped listening twenty years ago and cancelled the TV licence two years agoO used to be a fan of the BBC growing up with BBC presenters like Jack DeManio.

@stevenwatsham5973 Well you have to look 'behind the scenes' for the answer.The BBC has been on a slow burner for the past 40 years .Its always been 'leftwing'( since the early 60s that I was aware of)Today it makes no pretense about it.Its blatant bias is ( to them and its lefty listeners) normal .It considers itself to be 'preaching to the converted 'anyway so no need for 'subtleties.

@heather333 Just call the BBCand twll them you dont watch 'their rubbish" programms and havent done for over two years.They will ask if you own a tv.Tell them 'no'.They will then cancel your licence for two years..
