@robertmoreland2638 look at annual average salary for Ingushetia and Dagestan. The point is that if you have a country with resources and you become friendly with Russia, then Moscow will become fat on your resources and you'll work your ass off for a couple of rubles.

@robertmoreland2638 Definitely like France in Niger. I don't know how significant income USA has in Syria. Don't become a province of Russia. They have to give their blood to Moscow. Don't sell your souls to China either.
