@JinsokuMan Wisconsin Democratic primary voters backed him before. Most voters don't bother with primaries. It's stupid, but that's how it is. Whether Bernie would've done better than Hillary in the Wisconsin general election remains unknown. Winning a primary doesn't tell us anything about how a candidate will do in the same state's general election. Remember, Hillary beat Bernie in the Pennsylvania primary with 55.6% of the vote to Bernie's 43.5%. She still lost the PA general election to Trump. (Though I still strongly suspect that fraud with the voting machines played a role in Trump's victory, and voter suppression certainly did.)

@dynamicworlds1 Sorry, but there's just no evidence to substantiate your claims. There's simply no correlation between winning a state's primary and winning its general election.

@ddburrows988 Exactly how many conservatives are there in Vermont? And how actually conservative are they? Vermont is the most left-leaning state in the US, after all.
