  1. Seriously, that's just so mind-bogglingly dumb. Votes are not weighted by which ones get counted first. (Unfortunately, our idiotic electoral college does weight votes depending on which state you live in, though.)

  2.  @scoop2448  The state doesn't call a winner before all the votes are counted. The media often projects the winner well before the all the votes are counted, but that's just a prediction, not an official result.
