  1.  @52flyingbicycles  Seriously, prior to Elon Musk going full mask-off fascist, the biggest warning sign that he's actually a dumbass was the fact that he thinks colonizing a completely dead planet like Mars would be a viable "backup plan" for humanity. If another asteroid just as big as the one that took out the dinosaurs was about to hit Earth tomorrow, we'd still be better off staying on Earth than trying to flee to Mars.

  3. It's called the Dunning-Kruger effect. Very smart people tend to slightly underestimate their own intelligence. People of slightly below-average intelligence tend to be aware that they're below-average. But very stupid people (like Dave Rubin) tend to believe themselves to be brilliant.
